Ms. Basic teamed with FPW Architects to prepare a Site Plan Amendment for a restaurant renovation project in Alebmarle County, VA. Ms. Basic was tasked with all site calculations including parking counts, existing vegetation and canopy calculations, and creating a new planting plan for the project.
