The Southwood Redevelopment project is a major undertaking by Habitat for Humanity. Habitat hired JLB PLA to prepare a planting plan for their very first two Model Homes. Installation was completed by future Southwood homeowners, members of the University of Virginia Men's Basketball team, and volunteers from Faulconer Construction.
